Ordering

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Just browse our store, select your item, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, head to checkout and complete your payment. That’s it!

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: You may request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us at vultoryteam@gmail.com. After that, your order is likely already being processed.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery times vary based on your location:

Region Estimated Delivery Time
USA & Canada 7–15 business days
UK & Europe 7–18 business days
Australia & NZ 10–20 business days
Rest of World 10–25 business days

Q: How can I track my package?
A: Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can track your order via our Track your Order page.


Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All payments are securely processed.

Q: Is it safe to shop on Vultory?
A: Yes — our site uses SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to protect your data.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We accept returns on eligible products on a case-by-case basis. Items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable, unless defective.

Q: My item is defective. What should I do?
A: Please email vultoryteam@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified. We strongly recommend using trackable and insured shipping for your protection.

Q: When will I receive my refund or exchange?
A: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 2–3 weeks. Refunds may be issued as store credit or back to your original payment method.

Q: What if the product includes a warranty?
A: Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable, listed in the product description.

A: Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide.

Q: Will I be charged customs or import duties?
A: Some international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, depending on your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
